Insurance
You must be fully insured. Please refer to our requirements in our Subcontractor Policy Form.
24 x 7 Availability
We provide our clients 24-hour coverage of their sites for emergency situations. Additionally for our projects we may require work to be performed after hours to minimize impact to our clients' operations.
Guarantee
You must be able to warranty all of your workmanship. We offer all of our clients a No-Nonsense Return to Site Policy. If our workmanship fails within a pre-determined period of time, we will return to site and correct the issue...No questions asked!
4-Hour Emergency Response
For our facilities management clients we require a maximum 4 hour emergency response.
T & M Billing
We break it all down...Bids and Bills. Labor, material, equipment, permitting, taxes, etc. During our qualification process you will be asked for labor rates which will be considered prior to approval and will be utilized when qualifying the proposals and invoices you submit.
No Direct Dealing
Exactly what it says. And no work is to be performed at a site without prior written authorization from PSI.
Drug Free
Be aware that in order to meet our clients' criteria independent drug tests and safety compliance reviews will be randomly conducted.
Safety First
PSI conducts site safety reviews on a regular basis to assure total compliance to our standards.
